Customer.io Integration

Overview

The Customer.io integration creates newsletter drafts in your workspace. Ideal for teams already using Customer.io for customer communication.

Setup Instructions

Step 1: Get Your Credentials

1. Log in to your Customer.io account
2. Go to Settings → API Credentials
3. Copy your Site ID
4. Copy your API Key

Step 2: Connect in Slackletter

1. Go to the Connections tab in your Slackletter dashboard
2. Under Email Platform, select Customer.io
3. Paste your API key
4. Paste your Site ID
5. Click Connect Customer.io

Using the Integration

When you approve a draft in Slack, Slackletter will:

1. Create a newsletter draft in Customer.io
2. Set the subject and content
3. Send you a link to review

From Customer.io, configure your audience and send.
