EmailOctopus Integration

Set up EmailOctopus for simple, affordable email marketing.

Overview

The EmailOctopus integration creates draft campaigns in your account. Great for teams looking for a simple, cost-effective email solution.

Setup Instructions

Step 1: Get Your API Key

  1. Log in to your EmailOctopus account
  2. Go to Integrations & API
  3. Click Create API Key
  4. Copy the API key

Step 2: Connect in Slackletter

  1. Go to the Connections tab in your Slackletter dashboard
  2. Under Email Platform, select EmailOctopus
  3. Paste your API key
  4. Click Connect EmailOctopus

Using the Integration

When you approve a draft in Slack, Slackletter will:

  1. Create a draft campaign
  2. Set the subject line and content
  3. Send you a link to review and send

From EmailOctopus, select your list and send when ready.
